A few reminders

• Please make sure that your anticipated guest attendance is within our max occupancy (200) and that you are confident that our investment will fit within your overall budget.  We would hate for you to fall in love with The Overlook Venue only to have it not work out!

• Make sure everyone who needs to see the venue before booking comes to the tour.  If they aren't able to make it physically we are totally okay with including them via a video call.

​

• Zedland Farm is listed in Google Maps.  We are located at N9873 State Road 175, Lomira, WI.  The "half-way" church is across the road just north of us. 

​

• You can pull all the way up to the venue and we will meet you outside at the south end of the venue.

​

• We have worked very hard to make our website as comprehensive as possible so you can take in the feel of our venue while you are here without having to take tons of notes.  A single page printable summary is available here.  We hope this will help in your search for the best venue to fit your needs.

• If you need to reschedule or cancel your tour please give us 24 hour notice. When we are not helping our couples host amazing country weddings, we are busy making improvements around the property, or seeing clients for our other activities.  We block off 90 minutes in our schedule for each tour so no one feels hurried. It is deeply appreciated to know in advance so we can make the most efficient use of our time!

• We do our best to keep our availability up to date on the website.  Please note that dates are not held until a contract is signed and a deposit is paid.  If you feel ready to make a decision while you are here we can definitely accommodate.  Having a checkbook on hand can prevent a second trip, but we are far from pressure sales!  We go over our contract on every tour because in our experience it answers most questions, and you know the details before you say,
