What is Day of Coordination?
If you've ever hosted a party you know how many moving parts there can be to a gathering, but if you've never helped host a wedding it can become overwhelming to some. Now if you have a great team behind you, and you feel confident in delegating you probably have this covered! (We've seen many bride's knock it out of the park!)
But if you feel unsure and want some support we got you covered. Our coordinator, Kasey, will handle all the nitty-gritty details, from managing the timeline to collaborating with vendors, and problem solving behind the scenes. With Kasey on your team, you can relax knowing everything is sorted, making it so much easier for you to be present with your new spouse and guests. Let’s bring your wedding vision to life while you focus on making awesome memories!

Wedding planners do all the heavy lift of scouting out venues, schedule tastings with caterers, develop a design esthetic, source all of the needed decor, manage the budget, and SO much more! Day of Coordinators take action on your plan with the resources you have obtained.

Two months out from the wedding you will meet with Kasey at Zedland Overlook for a walk through and a thorough overview of the plan for the big day. This is a great time to find any potential gaps and plan to get ahead of any potential glitches.
60 minute virtual call to clarify details with final headcount and update any changes to the plan. Leave the meeting knowing that you have a partner that can carry your vision into reality.
If desired, Kasey will be onsite to help delegate decorating, problem solve on the spot, and look over the details of your wedding vision. Then she will work with the officiant and DJ (if applicable) to facilitate an efficient and laid back rehearsal experience.
Our coordinator has everything covered for your big day! From the moment the groom arrives to when the dance kicks off, they’ll keep track the timeline, help out the vendors, and team up with the venue staff pulling from all resources on the property. They'll execute your plan for the outdoor decor, welcome guests, and coordinate with the bridal party, so everyone is ready on time for the ceremony.
