Our standard rental is perfect for the DIYers and those with friends and family that insist upon helping out!   We have a daily check in and check out process for everyone's protection, but other than that there is no interference from the owners or staff as long as the contract details are followed.  You'll be responsible for setting up, tearing down and cleaning to leave the venue as you found it.  Of course if anything unexpected comes up with the property, we pop in and help find a solution. 


If you are interested in adding staffing we have different options that will fill in any gaps and do all the heavy lifting!  (Details Below)

Friday 4pm-Midnight

  • Setup / Decorate

  • Rehearsal

  • Dinner on or off site


Saturday 8am-Midnight

  • arrive early and settle in

  • or show up 15 min before!

  • Everyone out by Midnight


Sunday 8am-10:30am

  • Loading

  • Tear Down/ Clean up

  • Grounds Clean up

  • All Cars gone by 10:30am

  • Assist with loading (at your request and direction)


  • Teardown and storage of furniture on Saturday evening and Sunday morning

  • All deep cleaning after the end of event - Bathrooms, Bar, Sweeping Venue

  • Outdoor cleanup of litter
